i agree with the views of MR Swami. when the matter is sub judicious so no body has power to interfere in the business of court or any agency. i agree that being a minister and as well as an advocate MR.Sibble is advocating the case in wrong direction. advocate is in private capacity but as a minister he is responsible for the govt. when the govt is under investigation he has no power to say any thing in defense or in opposition. basically he is an advocate his duties are towards customer or clients like prostitution.they are for the, of the money by the money. alas.
