BANDA RAPE VICTIM WANTS HANGED

i agree with the statement of rape victim that tormentor must be hanged. i want to add also inspite of hang he must be punished life imprisonments with R.I.what he did to be applied on him. certainly if he remained in middle east countries he will be amputated so his sexual appetite will be no where.
