CORRUPTIONS ARE THE ANTI DEVELOPMENT FACTORS

Address to the nation by respectable,honorable President of INDIA  is very impressive. but in true sense the reality is to away. you are saying the SANSAD is working smoothly and for whom they are elected and selected by the people. they are very very responsible persons of the nation and they are wasting time, money , energy and food for the meaningless causes. why you are sitting there for discussing the problems of the people of the country, execution s are the differ ants M.PS are behaving and fighting as  dogs. manner less, unethical attitudes are there. secondly the major problems before us corruptions, according to me the corruptions, bribery must be legalized because these diseases infections are deeply penetrated and the patient will die but the diseases will be remained, removal or eradication  are like dreams or shadows. if you want to catch the shadows it will be away and if you want to catch so you should be stand by. so corruption must be legalized. for example you are a doctor and wants transfer from one place to your choice place the fees is fixed, deposit the money as per the schedule and will get transfer in your choice place. so use the words LAA AND ORDER. in this way the money will be known to every dealin persons and surety of work. still we are paying directly or indirect. so some departments will not be required LIKE CBI, INCOME TAX, EOW ETC, ONCE THESE WILL LEGALIZED  THEN THERE WILL BE NO DISPUTES.in government sectors employees are appointed for the salary and for work he wants money. now moral values concerned they are the words of dictionary and in holy books. in every walk of life cheating, frauds, adulterations, vulgarism , are very prevalent. all problems are like in curable  diseases, when the disease is in curable there is no need of worries to the physician  because a physician who treats in curable diseased persons get four types of disadvantages---question of his qualifications, defamation, losses of money and at last the angers of  relatives of the  patient ASADHYANE PRATI NASTI CHINTA. THERE IS NO WORK CULTURES IN THE ORGANIZATIONS. POLITICAL  INTERFERENCES ARE IN EVERY WALK OF LIFE. so THE PRESIDENT is bound TO ADDRESS TO THE NATION . HOW MUCH IMPLEMENTED GOD KNOWS.
