it is not a blunder mistakes of the local bodies, defense ministry, state govts and responsible officials of the society. any constructions may be legal or illegal how you can ignore it. it was a huge constructions and i think all concerned were intoxicated by money, greed, ego and is a clear cut mis use of power. money were spent and residents are residing since long and power full personalities a re residing honorably. how the govt money was mis used. all concerned must be behind the bars and should throw out from the campus. no court interferences required.
