PADMA SHREE AWARDS RECONSIDERATIONS

now a days the awards are giving to them whose participations are not in public life as film actors etc. there is a lobby and groupisms,no merits are requiered . if you are a chamcha of any political leaders, beloved of top officers so it is a simple thing. in local lebel there is also requiered chamacha giri of minister, M.P., MLA, collectors, commissinor so you may get easily local lebel awards. i think since independence to upto date 5000 persons are honored as a PADMAS AWARDS. we have to reconsidered the parameters of the nomminations of PADMAS.
