writer's suggestions are right in the theory point of views.there are several types of the creatures in the society as well as in the offices. every individuals have the different types of temperaments. some are very sensitive so some are thick skinned and nuisance values. critics are prevalent in the society.in state government offices there is no work culture. no reply, several reminders, delayed tactics, missing papers, sub ordinate offices are treated as slaves. no responses, bribery corruptions, nepotism, red tap ism, in place of law and order there is only LAA AND ORDER. no time limit, so the whole surroundings are in filthy . so you can not survive there. all sorts of the managements you can apply but no success rate is there.i am not talking about corporate offices. if you go to local body 's offices like municipal corporations you can not tolerate .
