one more opportunities will get IOCL to hike the prices of  MBAI. losses will recovered by public. inquiery commitee will set up for the causes of incidences and matter will subside and the burden will be on the shoulcers of public and well as userers.bearing capicity of losses are on the government.alas there is no responsiblity and accountability of any employees. they must be punished accordingly.losses of govt are not excusable.
