CVC should resign voluntarily

once a person is charge sheeted is not illegible for promotion. it is a simple principle. why GO I and state government concealed the facts and not put the facts before the committee . leader of the opposition was dis agree on the issue then P.M. AND H.M selected the tainted officer in the important post .every body had opposed the appointment of MR THOMOS. what was the compulsions on them it means they did wrong selection knowingly.GOI has no option to accept the resignation of C V C..IF THIS WAS DONE BY ANY OFFICER REGARDING THE PROMOTION OR APPOINTMENT, HE HAS TO FACE THE DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRIES. only one option to resign the C V C POST INVOLUNTARILY.
