ministers are be fooling to the countrymen. it is true that the money in huge amount is deposited in the Swiss banks.it may be in the form of tax evasion or black or white money. money is money. if it deposited is a dead money if it will come back in our country it will be circulated and will be utilized for the nation. depositors have earned the our country currency.IF THEY EARNED AND NOT GIVEN TAX IS  A CRIME.
