IF HE DOES NOT KNOW HINDI NOTHING TO WORRY, HE MUST BE KNOWN HOW TO EAT BRIBERY AND HOW HE CAN CREATE CORRUPTION IS ONLY A QUALIFICATION OF A POLITICIANS. doctors engineers who passes in first division becomes technocrats, who passes in second division become IAS,IPS THEY CONTROL FIRST DIVISIONS who secured third division become politicians they control first and second divisions and lastly who fails become DON controls all.
