penal discuused corruption case

why H.M is advocating the charge sheeted official in favor. once  he was charge sheeted in year 1999.it does not mean that he is not accused. in true sense once the official is charge sheeted  and the pending of the case means he is accused , should not be considered on the merits for the promotion or highly responsible post. the whole case is biased , malafied, fabricated  in respect  to obliged  to accused. in true sense he was not fit for the post .so should be resigned or dismissed from the post. drarvindjain1951.blogspot.com
