it is a good decision taken by HONORABLE H C Bombay. MR Ashok Chavan had resigned from the post of C M Maharstra,in the same manner why the C.M OF KARNATAKA is not resigning from the post. B J P must take an initiation regarding the resignation of C M . ONCE HE HAS ADMITTED THAT HE HAS ALLOTTED THE LANDS TO HIS SONS. once he has admitted and he is charge sheeted so it is the moral duties of himself to resign and wait till the verdicts of the court. rules and regulations are the same in INDIA. HE IS ALSO ABIDE BY THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA. he had taken the oath solemnly in the name of god as well as the constitution of INDIA.BJP is defending the CM is wrong. in this way the BJP is playing double standard .it is shameful. once a person charge sheeted and admitted the crimes conducted by him first resign from the post and honor and respect the constitution.
