judicial review should not carping--- pm

P.M'S advise is that judiciary should nota fault finding agency. government does not like cavillings.the questions are before us that when governments are incapable to take actions against any officials those are responsible and capable for delivering the orders and executions of the actions. when any political pressure comes then the order issues oron the basis of LAA and  ORDER. SOME TIMES SOURCES AND GIVE AND TAKE MEASURES ARE NOT EFFECTIVE so the sufferes become helpless andwhen there is no doors for him so they approach to courts. no body is intrested to go  to court. ADALAT MEANS AAO, DAM LAGAO, LAATE KHAO. AUR TAREEKH PAR AAO.(means come to the court, bribery is there openly,stand up,and attend the court on fixed date) now we know that govts always loose the case due to delayed execution or order, injustice knowingly committed by officials and clerks, govt- advocates are not ready to perform their duties honestly. after the court's order the same official executes the order and takes action in proper ways.how many persons are rich, related to political persons and court's procedure is time taking. poors are suffering lot and riches are approaching to the courts for their advantages. ultimately maximum persons are approaching to the courts due to injustices. now the courts are at present acting as a executive officials. now the duties of the courts to give proper directions to the govts for the welfare of the people,employees and as well as to the govts.if the govts are able to perform their legitimate duties honestly,within stipulated time and  in proper awy so none will approachto the courts. at present courts are doing their duties in the welfare of the people and govts are bound to follow the directions of the courts.drarvind1951.blogspot.com h t 6/2/11
