I  endorse my views with the writer, he is correct. i am unable to understand the data s of the govt and economists. but i have passed my precious life in state govt of M.P 36 years. i remained in villages and in micro interiors and after getting my promotions as a administrative officer i have seen the naked pictures of the villages, schools, govt.dispensaries and other organizations. i have experienced the work culture of the employees and local political interferences.supply of the medicines are not sufficient and sub standards for the obligations on certain manufactures. H E statements are hypothetical.now i draw you kind attentions regarding the deteriorating situations   of the govts institutions. buildings are like huts and transfer to them in archeological department so they will be known as the national heritage. no furniture's, no basic infrastructures conducting in the huts or rented houses.no appropriate medicines, no work cultures there. local persons are not dutiful to their duties. if you resist them so local political leaders are interfere and lodge the complaints of the concerned officers. in other way specially AYUSH DEPARTMENT is the wastage's of money . being the welfare estate so we are providing services so their livelihood are fulfilled. no roads, no light. no medicines , supply of medicines cast is less and establishment expenses are more.MR Yechuri ji   PLEASE draw your kind attentions towards AYUSH department of M. P. STATE. i devoted for the department but reward was not there, in other words i wasted my precious life time.paper work is there. real approach is zero. it is a proper time for the state and central govts to take major steps with the cooperation's of the experienced persons.  i can show the naked truth of the functioning of the department working.
