i appreciate the views of MR  BABULAL JI GAUR.there are things are very prevalent in our country first Every time is TEA TIME, second every I ndian is a doctor or advocate or advisor, third every where you hae a facilities of LATERINE AND BATH ROOM. YOU HAVE RAISED A VERY BEAUTIFUL FACTOR that is work culture. specially in local bodies more than 50%are not attendind the offices . their offices are in the houses of their bosses like, ward members, eldermen, officers housesand rest in their own houses. they used to say that  due to service i am getting salary and the official works we are money inthe form of bribery. this culture is also in state govt's offices. some times some officers and clerks not use their pens,they are known as RAJA. corruptions are nowdays not a part of discussions. fourth is dirtiness in our life lives we have not adopted cleaniness. dirty mind dirty atmosphere. sweepers are limited and they are not intrested to in rotuine.how we will develop our state. MR GOUR SAHAB  in our state there is no appreacitions to good workers or officers. i am also a sufferer of this type of disease. no body is ready to listen your problems, if you are doing your duties in the welfare of the state so you will be punished by the department.i can show you the facts . due to not supporting attitudesof the govt no intrest in work culture ,only pass your time and get full salary.
