it is true that fruits are theresult of sucking the all branches of the trees like roots, branches, stems,leaves etc.so that all riches have earned the money by sucking to govt and well as public. they will say that they are innocents in the matters but indirectly they are the rulers of the govts and under their supervisions all policies are executing in the govt.in true sense they are the policy makers of the govt and the people of the country.without their consents P.M is unable to take decision and ministers are appointed by their green signals.they are waching every activities of the govt.directly and indirectly they are involved in every scams positively.
