in our country BRIBERY OR CORRUPTIONS are essential like morning tea. in other words we call SUVIDHA SHULKA. as taking tea is not a crime. we take tea openly, collectively in hotels, in tea party, in our family. although some times we prepare, some times we offered, some times we have to take forcefully, some times the vendors are providing in the train door to door delivery.so why we should proposed corruptions, bribery legalized. due to legality no need of C B I, IT DEPT, ED , etc. because due to non legality we are facing too much problems. agencies are less, work load is more. after passing the maximum times in legal proceedings, they are set free. so there will be no need of jails,courts, securities because after committing the crime culprits are known as a govt properties.after being legalized govts have to exhibit the rate lists of the work like wise railway tickets fare lists in the offices of the ministers, secretaries ,directors, collectors, commissioners, district officers , tahsildars, patawaries etc. deposit the money as a suvidha shulkas, then there will be surety of the work.there will be no pend ency no need of R T I.E governance etc. at present govt servants get salary for the service and wants money for your work. so in my opinion also change the word LAW AND ORDER TO LAA AND ORDER. IF GOVT MAY CONSIDER THAT ON BRIBERY ADD SERVICE CHARGES. transparency will be there. no confusions.no scams, no scandals. all is well.
