most welcome and praiseworthy decision taken by the S C. we know that the central and state govts and officials are self centered , selfish, opportunists, cruel and tyrants on  their own interest. we have seen on the basis of LAA AND ORDER, THEY play big games. how many people will approach to the S C. i do not know in the past thousands of land owners became bankrupt and the builders, officials and even ministers are involved. there is a clandestine  nexus. agriculture land is converted in the residential . there are 5 elements are == EARTH, WATER, FIRE, ETHER AND SPACE ARE KNOWN AS PANCH MAHA BHOOTS.if we will do the anarchism on these elements so the adverse reactions will be there. now a days residential problems are fore most . no body wants to go villages. in urban areas are saturated. and the adjoining agriculture lands are  converted in to residential . multistory  buildings are constructed on the heart of the earth. farmers are thrown and neglected and they are facing crisis.n the earth if we will do the extra burdens so it effects on the atmosphere, every crisis happens like wise water, fire, space and air. so we should find out the amicable solution on this issues. builders lobby is so strong every where due to involvements of local leaders, officials, T&C PLANNING, local bodies and others. they are so strong so the poor are unheard. we want these constructions should be in limited way with in the rules. NO LAA AND ORDER. WE appreciate the  SC verdict. now wait and watch .
