CORRUPTION MUST BE LEGALIZED.

i endorse the  views  of NARAYAN MURTHY. when corruption will be legalized so  there will be many advantages to the citizens, governments, officials, and servants.for example if i want to transfer from one place to another. the bribes / corruptions are necessary. so i have to pay the money behind the curtains or under the table. if legalized so i will deposit the money to the ministers, secretary or director or any agent in legal way. i will deposit the money and will get receipt and will be  guarantee of transfer. there must be a rate lists of work in every office. so we will be tension less and hasty / speedy/ quickly disposal of the work. the corruption money will be distributed equally to every  persons. so legalization have no problems. to adopt the legalization no C B I, ED, LOKAYUKT, EOW. ARE NOT REQUIRED. NO VAKEEL, NO DALEEL NO APPEAL. to enjoy . still we are giving so in legal ways we will not feel pains. just like RAILWAYS TATKAL TICKETS ON PAYING THE LEGAL AMOUNT. NO PAIN.to execute it early  the legalization of corruptions so ANNA, RAMDEV  ARE NOT NEEDED.
