G O I and ministry of railways increased prices of the tickets indirectly and directly.they have power to increase the fare by voted. railways are not providing free lunch in trains. on the basis of including the charges in the fare and providing lunch. if you are charging the amount of lunch so you are providing.where no facilities how you can provide the lunch and dinner.my dear friend it is a bitter  but truthfulness is there, when in requirements quota system included and unqualified and uncultured employees are inducted so the downfall of the rail services started. do not take other wise. they are not taking proper training. when they got the services on the basis of LAA AND ORDER, they have no fear. they are getting the salary for services and taking money for work. they are also getting promotions on the basis of %. so inexperienced are also entertaining the superior posts. they are also dis obedient to their bosses. if you will take any disciplinary actions  against them so  so many commissions are established for their hearings. i am not against to any person or in personal issues but it is naked truth in our country in the govt services deterioration of services  are due to there are no work culture. services have place. self centered policies are there. corruptions are there. you may imagine my friend how direly, openly,freely the T T I ask the money for allotment of seats. he remains fearless for demanding the money . he remains fearless for money openly during the traveling of you or me. why, how . that  means there is upper hands involvements.the exchequer's of the  railways are going to the pockets of the movable GOD. now purchases of the materials are also sub standards.no renovations of railway tracks since long. the bridges are declared out of orders since long. no new constructions. when some mishap pens occur then railways takes actions. there are millions employees are in the department. every steps of the tracks are checked by them. we have forgotten national spirits . nepotism is there. so national building character is foremost for the welfare of the country. we are still paying fares and not getting accommodations. when we are paying first then we travel so it is the moral duties of the department to provide safety,security. it the duty of railways to be strict. in the same compartment some is left on the basis of LAA AND ORDER and some ones are penalized. still we passengers follow to T TI for the seats and after greasing the palms he provides. every coin has two sides. so do not advocate for railways. the minister RAI MUKUL is not following the instructions of the P M. is it right or wrong. during the oath what you take oath no to obey the order of the superior.it is a democracy so we are entertaining . we are enjoying lot. so my dear think also in broad spectrum.
