it is an alarming situation of the P M. a minister is not obeying the order of his boss. it gives a message that how dis obedient minister is due to his boss is  not P M but his boss is his party leader Mamta benergy.now it is the best time for P M to throw out such bloody minister who is not obeying him. when in the top pest post such undisciplined  situation is there so in the ground  level the situations are deteriorating.how courageous he is. when rat is showing the eyes to the cat that means hole is near by.to take disciplinary actions against him or dismiss him from the post.
