SC OF INDIA shown the mirror to G OI for their irregularities.what is the use of keeping the qualified persons as a ministers or P.M.we hope from the govt for fare justice, if govt will conduct irregularities so we have to approach to the judiciary. why govt conducts such misdeeds.pending of departmental inquiry since 20 years is not an alarming sign. departmental inquiry is conducted and inquiry officer has not conducted the inquiry with in the stipulated time so inquiry against the inquiry officer should be initiated.due to delay or pend ency of the inquiry is also the violation of the act. it is also keep into the consideration .
