in every incidences there are many controversies against govts.these incidences are not occur with the permissions of the govts.when every where disturbances, death tolls are there. no roads, electricity,drinking water,buildings and every where crisis so in this time the duties of the citizens, media to help the govts. criticism will not solve the problems. thousands are missing. debris are there. and major set back in present time the NUCLEAR  CRISIS. it will effect to the people generation to generation.
