it is true that the workers do not want to work in factory. they are  appointed for salary. if they commit any irregularities, so can not ask for explanations or disciplinary actions. if you conduct  or adopt any measures against them so this type of mis hap-pings occur. this is a bad sign of law and order. top officials are always from the out siders, he becomes isolated, and local politics involved, and if mob is there so life will be in endanger. how to control them. they are the paid servants of the factory. if their output will not come out, factory will be in loss and the owner of the factory may call to the managers and if they found  incompetent so he can remove to manager from the service, if manager takes actions against theh so this type of instances occur. we have to find out the amicable solutions. owner is investing the money, develop infrastructures for the employees and he wants productions.if there will be no productivity so how he will run his factory , unity is good for the welfare of their rights but they way it is harmful. if owner takes any action against them so they kill him. every problem can be solved by discussions.we want peace, harmony, work culture  in the institution.if he closes his factory so he will suffer as well the employees will be un employed and their family member will suffer. those who burnt him will be prosecuted by the court and will remain in jail and their family will face the hungriness, VIOLENCE HAVE NO SOLUTION OF ANY CRISIS.
