every coin has two sides, every decision has merits and demerits.arguments are endless. now the decision is right or wrong. every effected party has a power to approach to the court for injustice.you respect to the opinion of others. if you apply one word ALSO ( BHEE) then there are so many chances to get decision in your favor. if you say that i am right.judges have to decide the matter because they are wrong .so matter will be against him. it is also true that pend ency of F IR since 20 years are very alarming sign of the govt officials. due to F IR and pendency of the case, he may be debarred from all benefits are wrong. there are several citations of the different H C'S AND SC that D E must be conducted with inthe time limits. if fails inquiry officer should be inquired. when such senior most officers are facing such humiliation so ordinary officers are not able to fight for their genuine rights.we hope that in this context country will seek a new light of judgement.
