it is a right choice of GADDAFI but too late, should be penalized for anachronism, atrocities,blood sheds. innocents killings .punishment is needed. he is not a polite and gentle man. he is a hard , cruel and merciless person. he must be dethroned, keep behind the bars or exiled. he may be killed by his aide at any time.
