it is the generosity and foresightedness of the P.M. who saved the party as well as govt,in this regard PM is not a good manager.if manager is ill and medicines are taken by the  aids so manager will not be cured.like wise appointment of CV C  done the committee and files, related documents  of THOMAS was presented by the concerning department who was wholly responsible for this.so irresponsible officers must be penalized as per as rules.no hesitations. to take drastic actions against concerned  officers
