saving new moms the simple way

Program mes of G OI AND STATE GOVTS are good and by means of those efforts we are able to control the maternal deaths up to some extents.it requires still more dedications and services.why we are unable to achieve our targets have many lacuna's and irresponsibility of aganwadi workers. in every meetings of zila panchayat, janpad panchayat , district level meetings  under the chairman ship of collector, most complaints raised by the public representatives about ASHA  AND AGANWADI WORKERS. COMPLAINTS ARE VERY SPECIFIC like  workers are noy residing on their head quarters, not providing medicines, no proper immunizations , no diet supply, no proper advises to maternal mothers. political interferences are more. most of the agnawadies are run by local leaders and their relatives like BAHU BETI, BHABHI, WIFE . some are not trained and not performing their duties so there is no referral from them, no follow up. paper works remain proper. so my submission is that in grass root level these irregularities are the major factors by which our progresses are doubted. in true sense our medical services are not satisfactory in macro and micro level. such conditions are also in district head quarters . situations of medical colleges and hospitals are more deteriorating. private practices are most important  in place of duties in govt hospitals. medical science is not service, it is a profession. professionals are  more influential, their relations with the local and political leaders are sweetly and they are not   interested in transfers . such situations of paramedical staffs and field workers.so all health schemes are unable to achieve their targets.it is an alarming sign. we have to think over the matter very seriously.
