why mother in law fights with bahu

you are a moon and you are like a moon.bahu will be like a daughter but not a daughter.generation gap is there,and the differences of opinions create disputes on other hand lack of experiences of bahu and over experiences of mother-in-law is  a major factor of disputes. in true sense there is no respect to each other.
