i am unable to under stand the true meaning of BHRASTACHAR OR CORRUPTION.JAB GANGOTARI HEE APAVITRA HAIN TO GANGA KAHAN TAK PAVITRA HONGI. IN OUR COUNTRY CORRUPTION IS A FORMALITY.in true sense politics is a shortest way to achieve your target as early as possible.honesty i s only you can find in dictionary and in puran or in holy books. charity begins from the home as well as corruptions now starts from own self .if you want to please you wife or your beloved so you gratified her or him. ruling parties are directly or indirectly pressurized officers or under pressure the officers conduct their duties. now whole system is now based on LAA AND ORDER.GIVE AND TAKE . remove the word BHRASHATACHAR. KEEP THE WORD SHISHTACHAR. I WANT TO SUGGEST TO THE CENTRAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS AND LOCAL BODIES TO ENLIST THE RATES OF WORKS. In govt organization employees are getting salary of service and bribery for work. so it is the need of the hour to legalized the corruption openly and the public will be aware of the payments regarding their works--- as tender, transfers, appointments,licenses,municipal corporation,ELECTRICITY, TELEPHONE, ETC in all avenues to legalized. no harm we will mentally prepare to pay the amonut and will be security. we are going to related offices several times and feel depression. in doctor's clinic fees is mentioned to we pay wanted or unwanted. so display bribe list also so our money is circulating in our country and no tension of INCOME TAX, LOKAYUKT,C B I. E O W. AND OTHER RELATED AGENCIES.In FREE INDIA FREEDOM MUST BE THERE.
