what we want and we do not want is not a question and the answer. in real life these likings and not likings are meaning less.these points are hypothetical s because no body is able to fulfill the all points. these points are very huge and executions are not easy task.suppose health concerns require men power but our country has a lake of dedicated men power.huge population and costlier medicines,consultations,investigations,surgery and long queue,and lake of dedication to their duties. all work
s on papers and true sense government sectors are flop and private sectors are sucking the blood in the form of money. interior and micro interiors are still in pre historic age and in the metro and cities the duties of doctors are interested in private practices. conditions are alarming. national interest must be first.
