every soul is independent. every instincts have right to live. non violence is the supreme religion. natural death, accidental deaths,homicide, suicide  are the kinds of death. in JAINISM there is a SAMADHI MARAN OR SALLEKHANA. in this process there are certain rules and practices require to attain the serenity of the life and we can meet with death.it does not come under the category of suicide. it requires purity of thought, action and words.it is conducted by the experienced saints and person must be cautious and desirous for the attaining the supremacy of next birth.S C judgement is under the preview of non violence. our religious heritages are based on non violence,truth, chastity, non possessions,non stealing , mercy, affections, friendship etc. we respect the verdict.
