it is a moral duties of every official to follow the right code of conducts. generally we spent one third life period in the offices. the atmosphere of the office should be respectful,cooperative and friendly within strict administration.we should be well versed about their families,members of the family and be helpful during the crises.in the office we must understand the section wise problems to any body to cooperate and solve them.it is practicable in some how in corporate offices. in state,central,local bodies these formulas are not applicable because the egoism and corruptions are in highest peak and no body wants to share and no cooperation's will find in the offices.there is only leg pulling s.CHAMCHA-GIRI AND PROTOCOL SERVICES are foremost important.somewhere the infra structures are available there. men power are less and seniors and qualified persons are thrown to remote areas and juniors and in experienced are ruling to seniors so frustration arises and starting of conflict managements going on. proper opportunities are not provided to the employees and inferiority complexes starts then the disciplines and etiquette vanishes.
