Kashmir crisis

Who is authorized to talk to anti social elements. in my opinion to by- cot these persons. if we give them preferences so they impose their terms and conditions. Govt of India strictly say that if you want to reside in our country first say we are Indians and why you want FREE J&K state. all states are regulated by Indian- Constitution.  WE HAVE GIVEN ALL FACILITIES TO THAT STATE AFTER THAT THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED.we are interested that you should honor the laws of our nation.I KNOW THAT THIS MEETING WILL NOT SOLVE ANY SOLUTION. WE CAN NOT PLEASE EVERY BODY.
