FAKES AND FALSE LETTER PADS

at present several persons are utilizing fake letter-pads for complaining or black-mailing the govt officials.they are soft targets.the competent authorities do not dare to verify that these organizations are genuine or not. they set up inquiry officers to inquire the complaints and officials invest their energy to save themselves and always the complaints are baseless and without proofs and the inquiry report is find fake and false so there is no provision against the complaint-er except approach to honble Court.if the official ask them to produce the proof or evidences they approach to their GOD-FATHER politicians to pressurized the matter or officials. they only play blackmailing and try to defame them. i do not say that they must be alert about  the irregularities of the  departments or any thing,but it should be in proper way. FAKES AND FALSE PERSONS MUST BE PENALIZED.
