criminals and crime rates are increasing and investigators are less in comparison to crimes.due to this delayed justice and criminals remained free.although investigations are very tedious jobs . criminals are more intelligent than investigators. courts and judges are less. corruptions are very vague meaningful. At present the scenario is changed .now a days the disease is IN CURABLE. alas, huge amount is un accountable in our country. it is also a matter of great surprise that the top officials are the white collar criminals. those guards are thieves a matter of surprise.GOI is unable to find out the honest top officials.these are very alarming signs of our country. although this is world wide disease. every body is affected by this crime and unable to save himself.
