M.  is selected by his party on moral ground. officials are bound to resign on moral grounds but politician swill remain on his seat on IMMORAL GROUND.government servants are  bound to follow the conducts rules and also C P C and I P C.ON POLITICIANS are ruled by his party and after dissatisfaction of the party they are bound to follow I P C and  C P C.  in our country there are double standards parameter. politicians, wealthy, powerful persons are saved . in our country  due to natural justice  delayed and delayed justice is always injustice.politicians have a privileged to entertained on crimes. criminals are the properties of the nation. politicians are in true sense are criminals.
