in true sense the corruptions and bribery  were described in our holy books likes purans, vedas , upinishads. in our constitution we have clearly elaborately mentioned about corruptions and bribery. in the light of religion s  they have mentioned 5 types of sins(PAAP)--- HINSA ,JHOOTHA, CHORI KUSHEEL, PARIGRAHA, all laws and acts are in the existence in all around the universe  for these sins. you go through every day you will find the crimes are occuring in 5 categories. no other type is remained,every day , every moments the crimes are only 5 types. now the treatments are also 5 types---- AHIMSA,SATYA,ASTEYA,BRAHMACHARYA, APARIGRAHA, now to understand the meanings of each is described elaborately -1 AHIMSA---NON- VIOLENCE---not to cause harm to any living beings.2SATYA--- TRUTHFULNESS--to speak harmless truth only.3ASTEYA---NON-STEALING--not to take anything not properly given. 4BRAHMACHARYA-- CHASTITY---- not to indulge in sexual pleasures.5 APARIGRAHA---NON-POSSESSION/NON-ATTACHMENT--complete detachment from people,places,and material things.he should put a limit to the property. he may have a desire of lacs, but should be limited to the some extent. limitless ambition is greed. gambling is also prohibited to a layman.he should drink pure water free from all taint of animals life and try to confine taking food between sunrise and sun set. after passing them these 5 stages the laymen become a saint.these are the parameters of the common and religious men. these holi books haven given proper guide-lines to the kings and his ministerial staffs and cabinets .now as statement given by MR SEN is correct. because the root cause of politics based on corruptions and bribery. no politicians are following the ethical principles given by the religious books. their bases are on sins. as A RAJA, KAMANDI , YEDURAPPA, RADIA, MADHU KONDA ETC HAVE CROSSED THE LIMIT. limitless ambition is greed. now at this stage who will help them. rulers must be religious. before accepting the portfolio they take oath in the name of god to perform their duties honestly. after that they follow the WAYS OF SINS and faces  these consequences and will be  in jail and after death they have to bear pains, AS YOU SOW SHALL YOU REAP.
