it is not a matter of punishments or penalties. it is a matter honesty and commitments to the game. it is not a matter of pride of any nation or player. it is a shameful deed of any one. they are getting all sorts of facilities, name and fame on the basis of game. there  must be a limit. if you will take unlimited then  very loose-motions, vomiting will occur.now this episode is shameful for Pakistan.
