These are misleading to public.Also these are obscenity and vulgarity to be eschewed and the headings are provocative.News papers,journalist shall not publish is obscese,vulgar or offensive public good taste.News papers shall not display advertisements which are vulgar or which through depiction of of a women in nude or bold posture,provoke serous attention of males as if she herself wasbe
