mody is right
it is a shameful incidence of INDIA.preparations of the games and other things must be ready but at present they are under constructions and the rains and dis-honesty of the contractors, bureaucrats and politicians are not playing their roles honestly.they have no pride of INDIA. I am agree with MR MODY"S views
