If patients are not getting proper medicines with in time a dangerous situation. why this situations occur. either lake of funds or purchasing policy is not good or qualities of the medicines are not available in the country. we know that all medicines are not provided by the state but essential medicines are to be provide. being a welfare estate it is the moral duties of the govt to provide the medicines and facilities.to adopt corrective measures for the welfare of the people.
