guv is like a prisoner in RAJ BHAWAN. why every body is interested to become prisoner. like wise some says that this post is like thorny chair.in true sense we got independence in 15 August 1947 but still we are dependent. president is dependent on the house of parliament, house of parliament is dependent on desire of president.prime minister is dependent on party , like wise guv i s dependent on the desire of central govt and president. secretaries are dependent on ministers, ministers are dependent on C M. C M is dependent on party and majority of M L A'S. gunda is dependent on don . don is dependent on police. juniors are dependent on seniors. like wise children are dependent on parents. so on. it is our system. what is the number of guv, KAIDY NO 420. OR OTHER.
