My BYPASS SURGERY in 2006 and my date of retirement is MARCH 2011.I have given several representations to the competent  authorities but none has responded.GOD ARE MERCILESS AND  RULES FOR FOOLS.I am a sufferer.THERE ARE VACANT POST IN BHOPAL AS A DIVISINAL OFFICER AYURVED AND DEUPTY -DIRECTOR AYURVED IN DIRECTORATE.All juniors are there as OSD,by virtue of GOD.No body is listening.GOD BECOME DUMB,BLIND, DEAF.ALL ARE BEDARD HAAKAMS.THIS IS A TRANSFER POLICY.NOT APPLICABLE TO ALL.Only reserve bank governor"s approch is needed.
