At present in Hindi Daily News-papers the advertisements of sexual impotence,erectile-dysfunction,breast enlargements, vaginal-elasticity, LING-HARDHAT -YANTRAS,FAT-LOSS,are very prevalent.Being a drug inspector,i have written several letters to manufacters for voilateing act.In M.P.,Govt. of M.P.,by the notification,all collectors,deupty- collectors, S.P.Dy S.P. of each district is authourised for the prosecution against publishers,manufacters.Alas,no authourised person has taken any action against them.I have also lodge a complaint against a news-paper to the Press council of India,New Delhi.But no body is taking any action.Although it is a social,criminal offenses.Vulgarity is in extempore.Moral values are deteriorating.DMR Act is ineffective.Penalty and fines are less.Govt. of India review the act and adopt major penalty and fines. There is a clandestine nexus ,who is operating under the shelter of politicians ,administrators, publishers.
