Iresponseble responsblity and accountabilty

In Govt of M.P. C M Mr chouhan wants clean,clear,transparent,honest administration .Alas this is a hypothetical theory.Officers are not worried for poor,sufferers.they don't response the prayers,applications of general public.Every where you have approach,money than there is no problem,if not no body is bother for your problem.In gross-root label,still suffers are suffering.corruption is much prevalent in M.P.Political interferences are more.ALARMING SIGN IS THIS.
