IT IS  a well begin half done. once G O I is determined to curb the black money so it is a big problem for the govt. we know that govt is well known about the facts of the black money. because politicians, top officials and corporate sectors are most involved in this  field. we also known about the facts that the huge sum are out stationed are not useful for us. our money and others are using. still we are fighting poverty,electricity, roads, and other essential needs. if thet amount will come back so the economical burden will be less and we will develop fines, penalties are the . the secondary issues for the govt. so we appreciate the onset  of the issues.
