G O I is an open mind and civil society members  are closed minds. i think that civil society members are intelligent s and there are working since long on this subjects . we hope that the drafts are easy but to pass the bill from the both houses of parliament . all M.PS ARE NAKED IN THE HAMAM. i think they will create some lacunae in the drafts and opposition parties will play a fowl game for G O I . and civil society members will be help less because they are all tigers without teeth. so we will see the game of cheating.
