At present the daily newspapers are publishing the sex products,oils,breast enlargements,impotency,erectile dysfunction etc with photos those are not acceptable to our society,family.These advertisements are the violation of DRUGS AND MAGIC REMEDIES ACT 1954 (OBJECTIONABLE ADVERTISEMENT)I have protested in local label and lodge a complaint against the daily to THE PRESS COUNCIL OF INDIA NEW DELHI.PCI issued a notice to the editor of the news paper and informed to me that after receiving the reply of the editor,inform you.Still advertisements are publishing aggressively.These misleading advertisements are violating the act and competent authorities are not conducting their duties honestly.In this regard I have issued letters to the manufacturers and advertisers. In MADHYA PRADESH govt has issued a notification in this regard the collectors deupty collectors,police superintendent and Dy S P. are authorized for the prosecution the court of first class magistrate. I have lodge the complaints to colletor BHOPAL AND REWA and S.P. BHOPAL AND REWA. They are busy in law and order. this is a secondary job for them. In this connection I have requested to the govt and department that the district officers and divisional officers of AYURVED department are also authorized for prosecutions by issuing the notification in RAJ PATRA. But the request is unheard.IN ANDHRA PRADESH all drug inspectors are authourized for prosecution.Due to non- effective act,manufacturers, advertisers and news papers are violating the act misleading the society and people are cheating by a clandestine nexus.It is a alarming sign.Competent authorities are following the principles of BAPU-BURA MAT DEKHO,BURA MAT SUNO AND BURA BAT BOLO.I want to draw one more unethical practices of DOCTORS.They are publishing their advertisements in news papers and in hoardings and claiming to eradicate the diseases by root.It is the violation of PRACTITIONERS OF INDIAN MEDICINE(STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT,ETIQUETTE AND CODE OF ETHICS0 regulations,1982,LIKE WISE MEDICAL AND HOMEOPATHY. India is a land of irregularities. NO BODY IS WORRIED FOR LAW. In true sense we are living in free India. I have draw these problems in your kind attention.
