where morality is gone/ to whom trust? there are several factors for committing the crime.T V, CINEMAS, are the common sources of knowledge's. now a days intern ate, mobiles  by which sex educations are easily available. so first theory then practical becomes crimes. accused must be punished for heinous crime.

when will learn the lessons. after once failure,we have to learn a lesson,but after 60 years of Independence and in thousand cases and in every day govt advocates and investigation agencies are scolded by the courts for not preparing of the home works of the related cases. in this way accused are benefited by the courts and govt looses the cases. it is an alarming sign of the govt and accused are  in benefit. is there friendly relations between the accused and pleaders. if honorable courts find irresponsible duties of the investigation agencies and govt advocates so first punished them and appoint others.  i am surprised that so important case in which requires custody , court has to provide him bail.govt must take disciplinary actions against   those officers who have not done their home work before the court . matter is based on judiciary and constitutional. but we are seeing the negligence of the   govt,should not be ignored and court must pass a stricture against those were irresponsible.like wise so important cases if accused will be set free so there will no fear to any one. in this way it indicates the integrity of officials  and even pleaders are doubted.we do not think that they are not honest or not workers but these examples show some weakness of the working.now we have to think and reform the working.
